Man-Fer strives provide excellent fire and water restoration services. From Clean-up, demolition, smoke seal, and down to any punch-list items you may have. Our goal is to have you return to your home as if nothing ever happened. We strive to be a one stop shop for all your construction needs!

Man-Fer Construction was established in 2008 by Manuel Fernandez, a long time Bay Area native, with 20 years of experience and a goal to provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service to all. Fully Licensed and Insured; we have a large, friendly, and knowledgeable staff to take on any project, large or small.

Man-Fer Construction is a full service general contracting company serving the Greater Bay Area. We have years of experience working on residential, multi dwelling, and new construction projects. We have worked alongside homeowners and property management teams to fulfill their individual needs. Our specialty is in renovation services and can improve any any room or structure with interior and/or exterior upgrades.
